Refunds & Cancellations
The short version: you can leave whenever you like, you'll never be made to sit through a retention call, and I'd rather move your start date than take money for a block that isn't right for you. What I don't do is refund work already delivered.
Contents
1Cancelling a monthly plan
Email adrian@hybrdfoundry.com. That's the whole process.
| Plan | Notice | What happens |
|---|---|---|
| The Rewrite and anything online | 14 days | Your plan ends at the close of the billing period in which that notice expires. Full access until then |
| The Twelve | 30 days | Longer, because a spot in a room of twelve has to be refilled |
| Foundry Elite | 30 days | Same reason — the place is held for you until you give it up |
Part-months aren't refunded. You keep everything you're paying for until the period ends, and nothing bills after that.
2The Blueprint — $109
The Blueprint is delivered in full the moment it's assigned to your Everfit account: six weeks of programming, every session, immediately.
- Before it's assigned — full refund, no questions. Email me.
- Once it's assigned — no refund, because you have the entire product.
That's the trade for a programme that costs a fifth of coaching and arrives instantly. If you're unsure whether it's the right starting point, book a call first and I'll tell you honestly — including if the answer is that you don't need to buy anything yet.
3Twelve-week blocks paid up front
A block is twelve weeks of individually written programming, and the work is front-loaded — your intake, your assessment and your first three weeks are built before you train a single session.
- Before your programming is written — full refund.
- Once your first week is live — no refund, but the block doesn't disappear: we can pause it, move it, or rebuild it around a changed race date.
4If you're not a fit, we move the date
If your intake form comes back and the timeline doesn't work — the race is closer than the block needs, or there's an injury that changes the plan — I'll tell you before I write anything, and we'll move your start date.
You keep what you paid for. You get the full block. It just starts when it should have started.
5Injury and illness
An extended absence pauses your block, not your money. That's the point of paying for a coach rather than buying a template.
Tell me what's happened. We pause, we restart when you're cleared, and I'll work with your physiotherapist if you have one. A block can pause for up to six weeks in total; if you're out longer than that, we'll rebuild the block around where you are rather than resume it — that's a conversation, not a penalty. For The Twelve, a pause holds your place in the room for up to 30 days; beyond that I may refill the spot, and you have first claim on the next opening.
6Sessions
In-person 1:1 — reschedule with at least 24 hours' notice and it moves at no cost. Less than 24 hours and the session is treated as taken.
The Twelve — group sessions aren't individually refundable or transferable. You're buying a place in a room three times a week, not a pack of classes. Miss one and the room still ran.
7The Finisher Promise isn't a refund
Worth stating plainly, because they get confused.
Complete a full twelve-week coached block as written — sessions logged, check-ins done — and if you start your target race and don't cross the finish line, your next twelve-week block is free. It's a further block at no charge, not money back, it applies to coached blocks rather than The Blueprint, and it's one per athlete. What happens if you're injured mid-block, can't start the race, or are disqualified is set out in full in section 5 of our Terms of Service.
8Before you dispute a charge
If something's wrong with a payment, email me first. I'll almost always fix it faster than your bank will, and a chargeback on a coaching subscription costs us both time we'd rather spend on training.
9Your statutory rights
Nothing in this policy affects any rights you have under the law that applies to you, including consumer protection rights that cannot be waived.
